Each year Kyruus brings together customers from across the country to exchange ideas, feedback, and best practices with each other and with Kyruus leaders. Customer forum attendees have the opportunity to hear about Kyruus’ roadmap priorities, share feedback with members of the Kyruus product team, and participate in breakout sessions focused on topics aligned with their areas of interest. Last year’s breakouts included discussions on provider engagement, centralizing patient access, boosting digital patient acquisition, and more.
The customer forum attracts health system attendees at the Manager, Director, VP, and C-level across access, experience, marketing, strategy, digital innovation and more with the goals of helping them learn from each other, gain insights to enhance their impact on their organizations, and stay up to date on the Kyruus product suite. Attendees leave the event not only with knowledge to help them move the needle even more on patient access, but also with a network of health system leaders in similar situations to support them.
