Each year Kyruus brings together customers from across the country to exchange ideas, success stories, and best practices with each other and with Kyruus leaders. Attendees have the opportunity to hear about Kyruus’ product development priorities, participate in breakout sessions on topics aligned with their areas of interest, and share feedback with the Kyruus team. Last year’s breakouts included discussions on provider engagement, centralized access, digital patient acquisition, and more.
The customer forum attracts attendees at the Director, VP, and C-level across access, experience, marketing, strategy, digital innovation and more with the goals of helping them gain insights to enhance their impact on their organizations and optimize the value they obtain from working with Kyruus.
